- After dispatch, you will get the tracking details and able to see an expected delivery date for your order which we will try our best to stand by, but sometimes carrier delays can happen.
- Shipping speed is calculated based on production lead time and delivery partner lead time. Delivery estimation date is applicable from the next business day from the date on which the order is placed.
- Pin codes serviced by government post may experience delivery lead time close to 14 days.
- For bulk orders, there might be a slight delay in the delivery timeline. Our customer care team will keep you updated timeously.

A: Yes. All orders are trackable, and you will receive tracking details once the order is shipped from our manufacturing facility.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, and size/weight of the order.
Q: My package was supposed to arrive today, but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
